Lagotto Romagnolo kutya szarvasgomba keresés közben tölgyesben

A Margit Ligetben eddig Lagotto Romagnolo és magyar vizsla kutyák dolgoztak, mindegyikük szakszerű kiképzést kapott. Sosem ásunk vakon: a kutya jelzi a helyet, mi óvatosan kibontjuk a gombát majd visszazárjuk a fészket.

Ez a módszer védi a gomba szaporító spóráit, és biztosítja, hogy ugyanaz a gyökér a jövőben is újra teremhessen.

Nyári szarvasgomba

A nyári szarvasgomba a meleg hónapok ajándéka: héja fekete és szemcsés, belseje világos mogyoróbarna, márványos erezettel. Illata finomabb, mint téli rokonáé — friss dió, kenyérhéj, főtt kukorica, nyári erdő aromái keverednek benne. Nálunk minden példány kézzel kerül elő, szezonban azonnal osztályozzuk, súlyozzuk és hűtve továbbítjuk.
